Enzyme responsive stains
A variety of enzymes are now commonly used within detergent products. Proteases and amylases are commonplace but over recent years the range has expanded to now include lipases, cellulases and mannanases. Development continues to expand the use of enzymes in detergent formulations. Many consumer stains present on laundry contain protein, fats and starches all of which are susceptible to removal by enzymes. We supply a range of test fabrics stained with consumer relevant soils which contain materials susceptible to removal by enzymes. See our stain list of enzyme responsive stains (35Kb PDF) for examples and call us to discuss further.
